John ShielJohn Shiel – Chairman
John Shiel is Chairman of iQuate and founding Partner in Executive Venture Partners ( www.evp.ie ). He is a serial technology entrepreneur and has helped several Irish companies grow from inception to global players. He has previously held roles as Vice President of the Nasdaq quoted SmartForce (now known as Skillsoft), senior sales executive for Hewlett-Packard, International Marketing Manager for Agfa Typography and vice Chairman of the Irish Software Association. He holds an MBA from Trinity College and a BBS from University of Limerick where he majored in Marketing.
Pat DurkinPat Durkin – CEO
As CEO of iQuate since 2006, Pat has led the team through a period of strong growth that has seen revenues quadruple and the company move into a leadership position in its sector. With 25 years experience of building high performance teams in blue chip companies such as SAS, Teradata, Informix and Boeing, he brings a wealth of experience and energy to helping iQuate become a global player in a fast growing market.
Jason KeoghJason Keogh – CTO and founder
Jason has over 15 years hands-on experience of helping innovative Irish technology companies such as Cognotec, Intuition and Eontec (now part of Oracle) to establish leadership positions in their respective global markets. Armed with a vast array of technical knowledge and enthusiasm, Jason spotted an opportunity in the market in 2002 and iQuate was formed. His ability to focus on customer problems and deliver innovative solutions continues to set him apart from his peers in the industry.
Martin KellyMartin Kelly - Director
Martin has over 15 years experience growing global software businesses in Europe, the US and Australia.  He established the EMEA Technical Services Group at Citrix Systems,  rising to the level of Vice President – World Wide Technical Support.  Martin has an MBA from Macquarie University Sydney Australia and a  Bachelor of Arts Degree from University College Dublin.
