iQFinancials

iQFinancials allows you to import asset information (hardware and software) from iQNetScan to track and report on financial status of those assets. You may also manually import additional assets for tracking and reporting purposes.

An asset can have the following information associated with it:

• Name
• Type
• Category
• Quantity
• Owner
• Location
• Supplier
• Cost Center
• Department
• PO Number
• Purchase Date
• Purchase Price
• Current Value
  • Calculated based on the depreciation rate, purchase date and purchase value
• Support Date Expiry
• Annual Support Cost
• Local Asset ID
• Additional Notes
