Computers

Description

Displays basic information for computers in the current site. Change monitoring can also be managed for each machine in this area. Computers can also be deleted from this screen.

Displays the following information, by domain

• Monitored for changes (CM)
• Computer Name
• CPU
• IP Address
• User
• Operating System
• Service Pack
• RAM
• Serial Number
• Scan Date

How to use

To delete a computer and all of the information associated with it use the drop down box (top right) and the 'x' button to delete the selected computer.

Change monitoring can be enabled for 'All computers' or 'New computers only'. The 'All computers' option automatically enables monitoring on all existing and new computers, the 'New computers only' option enables monitoring of new computers found that are not currently known. Change monitoring can be enabled on a per computer basis by checking the box beside each name. Change monitoring generates data for email and HTML reports.

Double clicking on a computer (row) will bring the user to a more detail view of the computer.
