Allows the specification of credentials to be used in scans

• Default Credentials
  • Used as the default set of credentials and if credentials are not set for any of the related levels below.
• Specific Credentials
  • Domain/Workgroup/Group
    • A high level credential that is applied to all machines that are a member of the domain/workgroup
  • Machine
    • Machine specific credentials

How to use

To specify the credentials to use in iQNetScan simply fill out the default fields at the top of the credentials screen. In the event of a multi-domain environment or the requirement of multiple credentials, fill out the correct credentials for each domain or machine listed. The domain field is disabled as it is the same as the domain name. For machine level credentials it is possible to specify the domain required. If this field is left blank the machine name will be substituted to provide local access. To setup credentials for a specific group of machines, select the group credentials option and select the group you wish to configure.

Clicking 'apply' will save any changes.
