Scan Results

Description

The scan results screen provides a scan listing for all available scans. The following information is provided for each scan:

• Date and Time
• Template used
• Scan group
• Scan server
• Status
• Action

The action column provides access to reports for each scan. The following reports are available:

• Summary
  • A summary report containing basic information about the scan, including the machines scanned and any errors encountered.
• Software
  • Split into two reports it shows the computers with prohibited software installed and the software found in the scan, the install count, number of licenses and whether it is mandatory or prohibited.
• Results
  • Provides the results for each machine for the scan.

How to use

To view a report go to the 'Action' column and click on the drop down arrow. This will show you the available reports, selecting one will automatically generate and display it.
