How to use

To create a new category simply enter in the new category name in the category drop down box (top left) and use the '+' button to save it, the 'x' button can be used to delete the currently selected category. To assign a category simply go to the 'Category' column for the application you want to classify and select the required category. To assign a risk level, simply click on the 'Risk' column for the required application, the risk level will cycle through the available options.

To assign licensing information for an application enter in the number of licenses in the 'Licensed' column and the individual license cost in the 'Cost' column. To edit multiple applications at the same time, enable the 'Multiple asset edit mode' option. This will allow you to check the applications you wish to edit; any changes in the 'Category', 'Risk' or licensing columns will be reflected across all of the selected options. By default this screen only shows the software currently installed, to view all of the software simply un-tick the 'Show only installed software' check box.

Clicking 'apply' will save any changes.
